Wow my posts have been coming in huge gaps, I apologize for this. As a consequence my weekend bangers list just keeps growing so consider this the ultimate getting-back-on-track week.

Yeasayer is here with their brand new video for the song Ambling Alp. Love love love them! First time I heard them was way back in April when Annie posted the song Tight Rope on a previous post. The video is definitely a must watch and that’s why I’m featuring it here. Very interesting video but I think it’s fitting.

Good news Ottawa! Woodhands is coming on April 8th at Mavericks! Saw these guys back at the blues fest and it’ll definitely be worth it.

This little girl is going to Toronto on a business trip tomorrow and will be returning Sunday night, hence the Thursday post.

This weekend’s jam is Empire of the sun‘s Walking on a dream. It’s kinda calming but makes you want to sing along and groove to it(I’m binging back the word groove).
All in all, a perfect mix for the weekend.

The song comes off of Empire of the sun’s debut album entitled…well it’s called walking on a dream. So I guess it’s easy for you guys to remember it now .
