Busy but no worries

by Joyce on Dec.04, 2008

If you’re a student like myself then you are probably getting ready for your exams. I’m posting on a Wednesday cause I will be busy ALL WEEK. Seriously. All week.
I’m not over exaggerating either.

Anyways, the weekend banger has presented itself to me early which allows me to post early either way. I present you with a song by the fleet foxes. This song is just so…It’s just so soothing and well, it’s delicious for keeping you on track and pulling yourself back up when things get a little stressful.

I do encourage all of you to go and check out more from the fleet foxes.
While you’re at it, get yourself into some other nice folk genres.

Without further ado, here is Blue Ridge Mountains by the fleet foxes.

That’s it for me.
Goodluck with your exams…if you have them. And if not, then just have a great day =)

Er body got herpes

by Joyce on Oct.09, 2008

It’s Thursday and the song of the weekend has already presented itself to me.
I must warn that this song is very dangerous to sing out loud in public.

My jam for the weekend is On the train by Theater of Disco.

This song is just so awesome that it’s been on repeat since I’ve heard it! This band definitely should be getting more recognition and I suggest you all go explore and listen to some of their other stuff.

P.s: I hope you all sing this on the train.
P.p.s: There are no trains in Ottawa
P.p.p.s: Well there is the Otrain…but only people with herpes are on it.
